Using BuzzCrank at buzzcrank.com means you agree to these terms. We wrote them in plain English on purpose.

THE SERVICE

BuzzCrank is a Memphis events discovery platform. We pull event data from public sources, accept community-submitted events, and offer paid promotional tiers for venues and promoters. Event info may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details directly with the venue.

YOUR ACCOUNT

  • You need a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. Do not create accounts to abuse the platform.
  • You must be 13 or older to use BuzzCrank.

SUBMITTING EVENTS

  • Free Rumor submissions are reviewed before they go live.
  • Do not submit fake events, spam, or events you have no right to promote.
  • By submitting an event, you give BuzzCrank a non-exclusive license to display and promote it on the platform.
  • We can reject or remove any submission at any time.

FEATURED LISTINGS AND PAYMENTS

  • Featured listings are one-time payments per event, processed by Stripe.
  • Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the listing has not yet been promoted.
  • Once a radio spot has aired or social posts have gone out, refunds are not available.
  • BuzzCrank can change pricing at any time.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

  • Do not scrape or bot BuzzCrank without permission.
  • Do not attempt to exploit or hack the platform.
  • Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing.
  • Do not impersonate venues, artists, or other users.

NO WARRANTIES

BuzzCrank is provided as-is. Event information comes from public sources and user submissions. We do not guarantee it is accurate. We are not responsible for canceled events, wrong times, or venue changes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent allowed by law, BuzzCrank is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. Continuing to use BuzzCrank after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
