BuzzCrank runs buzzcrank.com. This page covers what information we collect, how we use it, and what you can do about it. We are not in the business of selling your data and we keep this stuff simple on purpose.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Your email address and display name when you create an account.
• Events you save and notification preferences you set.
• Payment information if you purchase a Featured listing. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data like IP addresses and request logs, used for security and debugging.

HOW WE USE IT

• To run your account, including login and saved events.
• To send password reset emails and event confirmations.
• To send newsletter emails you have opted into.
• To process payments for Featured listings.
• To debug problems and keep the service stable.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to run ads.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• Stripe handles payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend handles transactional email delivery.
• Render hosts the backend. Logs may include IP addresses.
• Vercel hosts the frontend.
• Ticketmaster and Eventbrite provide public event data only. No user data is shared with them.

YOUR OPTIONS

• You can update your display name anytime in Account Settings.
• You can turn off newsletter emails in Notification Settings.
• You can delete your account in Account Settings, which permanently removes your data.
• To request a data export or ask any privacy questions, email hello@buzzcrank.com.

COOKIES

We store your auth token in localStorage on your device. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party ad cookies.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use BuzzCrank after changes means you accept the updated policy.
